Website design services

Service details, scope, timelines, and investment are agreed before work begins. Our packages and project deliverables are set out clearly so both sides understand what is included.

Your project

You are responsible for providing accurate content, approvals, and feedback within agreed timeframes. Delays in receiving content or approvals may affect launch dates. If scope changes significantly, we may agree a revised timeline or fee in writing.

Intellectual property

All copy, design, imagery, and code on this site belongs to Sunday Ambience Studio unless stated otherwise. Project files and website assets are licensed to you for your business use once final payment has been made. Unless otherwise agreed, underlying design methods, templates, and pre-existing assets remain our property.

Liability
